Casa de RelaxoYour family or traveling party will truly enjoy the amenities, views and location of this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1400 sq. foot Santa Fe home with 2 car garage and pool. Our home is turkey-furnished with a full kitchen and laundry facilities and decorated in a style we call "Pottery Barn-ish"...casual, comfortable and relaxing. Casa de Relaxo is frequently booked with a "Foursome" playing marathon golf at the many golf courses in the Valley. (We take Twosome's also). The fully furnished home has a King Master Suite, Queen bedroom and a two twin bedroom. A well stocked kitchen is ready for a full course dinner or dine on the go. There is everything you need to feel at home...a cozy living room complete with flat screen T.V. and fireplace, linens and towels, washer/dryer and high speed wireless internet access. We offer nightly (3 night minimum) - weekly or monthly vacation rentals. An exit cleaning fee of $85 is required, 10% City Bed Tax and Refundable Security Deposit. All rentals subject to a non-refundable $75.00 cleaning fee. A deposit of $200 - $500 is required to confirm the reservation and is converted to a Security Deposit upon occupancy. Rental fees are due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment is by check or cashier's check. NOTE: 9% Palm Desert City tax will be added to stays 30 days or less.
