All rentals subject to a non-refundable $75.00 cleaning fee. A deposit of $200 - $500 is required to confirm the reservation and is converted to a Security Deposit upon occupancy. Rental fees are due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment is by check or cashier's check.

NOTE: 9% Palm Desert City tax will be added to stays 30 days or less.
