Winged Foot is a rare, lower 3 bedroom, 2 bath + powder bath, with eat-in kitchen and dining area. Two spacious master suites, plus den can accommodate up to 6 people. Common grassy area extends the patio to a pool and hot tub. Tenants are welcome to use the tennis and fitness area located in the 35,000 square foot Club House. Nine lit tennis courts are free to guests and within walking distance from this unit. The location is perfect and the immaculate unit has many amenities.

*Rates may vary depending on the season and number of guests. Not all units are "child" friendly, please inquire about availability. Sorry, we can not accommodate pets. All rentals subject to a non-refundable $75.00 cleaning fee. A deposit of $200 - $500 is required to confirm the reservation and is converted to a Security Deposit upon occupancy. Rental fees are due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment is by check or cashier's check.

NOTE: 9% Palm Desert City tax will be added to stays 30 days or less.
